Agreement, Price & Payment

The agreement shall be concluded when you place an order through our website and we have sent you a confirmation of your order by email.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if:
    • The information entered by you is not correct or complete and if we doubts the correctness of this information;
    • You have failed to meet an earlier payment obligation;
    • You have failed to accept the delivery of an earlier order and/or you have failed to pick up an earlier order;
    • The delivery address indicated by you is in a country where we do not make deliveries.

We inform you as soon as possible if we do not accept your order.
The prices indicated on the website at the moment of payment are total prices of products, including taxes applicable in the European Union. To pay for your order, you can choose one of the payment options offered by us. 
Orders that are delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional surcharges and/or taxes. These surcharges and/or taxes are expressly not factored into the total price mentioned above. Additional costs, if any, on the basis of these surcharges and/or taxes shall be for your account and risk.
We cannot be held to an offer on its website if you can reasonably understand that the offer, or a part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or writing error, such as an unusually low price. We request you to contact us if you have any doubts about the correctness of an offer. 



In accordance with the current legislation, the sales will be subject to VAT, applying the current rate of VAT in the Member State in which the goods are delivered. 
According to the legislation, when the purchaser is liable for VAT in an EU Member State, it may be possible to apply the “reverse charge” mechanism subject to fulfilment of the requirements established in the legislation. In this case, the transaction will be exempt if the customer applies the “reverse charge” mechanism.



Shipping Europe 

We offer free shipping for all orders within European Union. You got that right - ground shipping is on the house with zero spend! For all orders, there will be free shipping.

Shipping United States & Canada 

We offer free shipping for all orders above $100 with our shipping partner within US with USPS. You got that right - ground shipping is on the house with zero spend! For all orders above $100 there will be free shipping.

Delivery Time & Processing

Delivery of items purchased at our website will be carried out via an international shipping partner and delivered in approximately 1 to 3 working days. 
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
In general, our shipping partners will provide a tracking code so you can stay on top of your delivery, indicating the location of the goods at each moment until final reception. 
The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery method chosen and the items purchased. The exact transport cost will be calculated every time an item is added to the shopping basket, and will be displayed on the order summary page that appears before you confirm the order by pressing the ‘Confirm Payment’ button, and before the credit card or debit card details are entered.
Orders cannot be delivered to military bases or PO boxes.
The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears on this Webpage. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear at the moment the order is placed shall apply.



Exchange and/or Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with the item you have received, we will allow you to return or exchange the item within a 30 day period, counting from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Consequently, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case of flaws). 
All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form. We will provide you with a shipping label and return form, please contact us via mail: hello@nextgenerationheadwear.com.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the present contract within 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. 
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration, please send us an email to hello@nextgenerationheadwear.com.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the notification in which you exercise your right to withdrawal simply needs to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Completion of Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the total amount paid (including the standard shipping costs). If you have chosen another method of shipping than the standard, the extra costs, if any, for this different method of shipping will not be eligible for a refund. 
If you return one or more items from your initial order and the total value of the remaining items falls below the threshold €100, we will charge you shipping costs with reciprocal effect. We will do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) that you have returned minus the shipping costs to your country.
Please return the item(s) as soon as possible, but within 14 days starting the day after you executed the right of withdrawal. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited to your bank account. We may postpone the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are in transit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you return an order that has (partially) been paid with a Gift Card, the amount will be returned to your Gift Card.
