Does exposure to magnets cause harm?

What about swallowing magnets?

There is little to negligible risk of swallowing our magnets. Our magnets are securely sewn inside our caps and badges. It would take severe tampering to remove them. You’d have to want to swallow them in order to do so. Periodically inspect the seams and fabric near the magnets to ensure there is no damage, tears, rips or loose stitching. If you find any damage, discontinue use of the product. 


What about pacemakers and magnetic products? 

Our products should not be used by anyone with a pacemaker or other sensitive electronics. Our products contain magnets that can interfere with these products. If you love our products and have a medical device or pacemaker, please contact us at hello@nextgeneratonheadwear.com. Are there special wash instructions for our products?

Our products are strictly hand washed and to be dried naturally only. Therefore, do not machine wash, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry. Our badges can be spot clean with a slightly damp absorbent towel. Gently work the stain away until it is absorbed back into the cloth. Do not bleach, do not wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron the products. Just don’t. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage. And we’re sure you won’t want that to happen. 


What are my shipping options and when will I get my order?

We process orders daily before 8 AM EST. Shipping takes 1-3 days, for the European Union and mainland USA  - depending on your location. Check our delivery details here.

What if a signature is required upon delivery?

In general, our shipping partners will provide a tracking code so you can stay on top of your delivery. Once your order is processed by our shipping partners, it’s out of our hands. But we will do everything in our power to get it to you. Nothing can separate you from our product.


What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

You gotta act fast. There is a small window before the fulfillment centre receives the order. Contact us at hello@nextgenerationheadwear.com if you suspect something is wrong with your shipping address so we can act right quickly!

What is your return policy?

Do you have any concerns with your order? Contact us at hello@nextgenerationheadwear.com and we’ll sort it out with you. As a matter of policy, we are giving you a maximum of 30 days to return your unworn, unused product. But why would you do that?! 


When can I expect my refund?

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process after the date of received products. Contact us at hello@nextgenerationheadwear.com if you have not received your refund after this time.


I received a gift, how can I exchange it?

You can exchange your gifts for store credit. Because we just know you won’t get enough of our caps and badges.

Can I replace my gift card?

Your gift cards are good as gold. That’s why we ask you to treat it like cash and keep them secure. Use it, don’t lose it, because we unfortunately can’t replace it.
